- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 2-3 green chillies chopped finely

- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

- 6-8 bread slices
- 1 1/2 cup besan
- 1/4 tsp haldi powder
- 1/4 tsp ajwain
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp hot oil
- As required Oil for frying frying
Steps to make to make Bread Pakoras
- For the batter
In a bowl take besan,add ajwain,salt,coriander leaves and haldi powder mix it well. Then add water mix it well, the batter should be pouring consistency and not thick. Keep it aside - For the filling
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds when they splutter add jeera,on slow flame add dhania powder, jeera powder, haldi powder, chilli powder, kitchen king masala stir fry for few mins then add the boiled and mashed potatoes add salt mix it well stirring continuously for a few mins. Off the flame let it cool a little then green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and chopped onion mix and keep aside - Take the bread slice apply the potato mixture and place the other slice on it. Prepare all the slices in the same way. Cut into triangles.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add 1 tbsp of hot oil in the batter mix it well. Dip the prepared triangles one by one in the batter and fry them in hot oil on medium flame till golden in colour. Remove on an absorbent kitchen towel. Serve hot
